All returns must be authorized by within 30 days from the original invoice date.  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. will accept no return without prior authorization. Email us to request a Return Authorization Number. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. If any of this information is missing from your email, NO Return Authorization will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. You should receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 3-4 business days. Please allow 14-30 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original unopened packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. If you return the item for an exchange within 45 days of shipment, we will refund 100% of your purchase price less shipping & handling charges incurred by*.  Additionally, a minimum 15% returns fee** will be deducted. If you exchange for a product of similar or greater value, the returns fee will be waived.

* For all non-defective items, customer is responsible for return shipping and all freight charges. Items that were shipped to the customer with "free shipping" will have the actual cost of shipping and any handling fees incurred by deducted from the refund. Our quoted prices for expedited and international delivery are the incremental amounts above ground shipping, so the total actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

** The returns fee is to cover normal operating expenses we incur during a return such as product inspections, restocking, repackaging, processing, and other related overhead.
